WILL EARLS
Restaurant/Bar Manager, Firefly
Will Earls hails from Austin, TX, but last called New Orleans home, where, since Hurricane Katrina, he has served as front of the house manager for the FEMA base camp in St. Bernard Parish. Previously, he manned the helm of the bar at Puccini & Pinetti in San Francisco's Union Square, and his father's bar in Texas—one of the oldest veterans' bars in the state. For 13 years Earls has built his reputation all over the map. He now infuses Firefly's cocktail menu with his expertise as well as a renewed innovation and dedication to creativity
