BREAD OVENS AT QUAIL CREEK FARM
Jefferson County, WV

The Bread Ovens at Quail Creek Farm, established by Wesley Lanham, sells freshly baked artisanal breads at four weekly farmers' markets in the DC area. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and the experience of two years assisting the Garde Manger legend Fritz Sonnenschmidt and an apprenticeship under Mark Erickson of The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV, Wes brings exceptional skill and the highest standards to the art of baking. Each week the Bread Ovens market booths feature an abundance of sweet and savory European breads, pastries, soups and side dishes made from eggs, dairy, meats, fruits and vegetables from local farmers, the finest whole grains and flours both natural and organic from local millers, fresh yeast from Wes's local brewmaster and mountain well water. The resulting products are both unique to our region and of the highest integrity.

WB Lanham & Company Catering has been behind many of the most memorable weddings, private parties and corporate functions in DC.
